How timing works

Submissions are stored as soon as you send them. We need at least 48 hours' notice — our nightly production cutoff is 11:30 PM ET. Anything inside that window is flagged LATE and reviewed manually; we can't promise it will make the air.

Permissions

Please send only a first name and the date. Don't include addresses, school names, health details or other sensitive information. We never use information about a minor for marketing or advertising audiences. See our Privacy Policy.
