The entry period begins August 14, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends September 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be accepted. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to them.

Complete the entry form on the giveaway page with your first name and email address and confirm that you meet the age requirement and accept these Official Rules. Entry is free.

One (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries, automated entries, entries submitted through scripts or bots, and entries using disposable or fraudulent email addresses may be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes violates these Rules.

Opting in to marketing email is optional, is not a condition of entry, and does not affect your entry or odds of winning.

One (1) winner will receive: One (1) She's Birdie personal safety alarm. Color and model variant are subject to availability and are selected by the Sponsor.

Approximate retail value (ARV): $39.95 USD.

The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty from the Sponsor, is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All taxes and any costs not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place within fourteen (14) days after the entry period closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The drawing is conducted as follows:

1. Entries close at the stated deadline and the entrant list is exported and finalized.
2. Duplicate, incomplete, ineligible, and late entries are removed in accordance with these Rules.
3. Each remaining valid entry is assigned a unique sequential number.
4. One number is selected using an independent, auditable random-number generator that the Sponsor does not control the output of.
5. The Sponsor retains a record of the entrant count and list, the drawing date and time, and the result, as its audit trail for this promotion.
6. The selected entrant’s eligibility is verified before the prize is awarded.

The potential winner will be notified at the email address submitted with the entry and must respond within 72 hours of the notification and provide a valid mailing address for prize fulfillment. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, cannot be verified as eligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited.

In that case the Sponsor will conduct and document a random redraw from the remaining eligible entries using the same procedure described above, and the alternate potential winner is notified on the same 72-hour response deadline. The prize is shipped to the verified winner at no cost to the winner; the Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays outside its control.

Information you submit is used to administer this giveaway, including verifying eligibility, conducting the drawing, and contacting the winner. Marketing email is only sent if you expressly opt in, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Entries are not sold.

By entering, entrants release the Sponsor and its partners from any liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or technically corrupted entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute relating to this giveaway is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
