She’s Birdie is the maker of the prize product. Roll One Radio participates in the She’s Birdie Brand Ambassador Promotion. This giveaway is not administered, endorsed, sponsored, or funded by She’s Birdie, and She’s Birdie is not responsible for any aspect of its administration. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

The entry period begins August 14, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends September 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be accepted. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to them.

Complete the entry form on the giveaway page with your first name and email address and confirm that you meet the age requirement and accept these Official Rules. Entry is free.

One (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries, automated entries, entries submitted through scripts or bots, and entries using disposable or fraudulent email addresses may be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes violates these Rules.

Opting in to marketing email is optional, is not a condition of entry, and does not affect your entry or odds of winning.

One (1) winner will receive: One (1) Birdie 3.0 personal safety alarm. Color and model variant are subject to availability and are selected by the Sponsor.

The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty from the Sponsor, is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All taxes and any costs not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place within fourteen (14) days after the entry period closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified at the email address submitted with the entry and must respond within seven (7) days of the notification and provide a valid mailing address for prize fulfillment. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Information you submit is used to administer this giveaway, including verifying eligibility, conducting the drawing, and contacting the winner. Marketing email is only sent if you expressly opt in, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Entries are not sold.

By entering, entrants release the Sponsor and its partners from any liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or technically corrupted entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
